Sarjinah (not sure name), was found 3 years ago in a village of West part district of Yogyakarta Province. Tramp in her village. Dirty clothes, torn, almost naked. His family is ashamed. People call her an illegitimate child. Then she was sStories of PwMD chacklet (Pasung) in a small bamboo room, behind his parents' house. No toilets. Just a wooden bed. And locked from outside. Her parent was poor. The lands they have, been sold to hunt healing shamans any where. They didn't know what to do.
Dujanim (27), was found 2 years ago (2019) in a village in the southern part of Yogyakarta Province. He is unkempt, often daydreams, angry, and starts fighting with neighbors for no apparent reason. The neighbors urged Duljanim's parents to put him in a sacklet (pasung). The neighbors were getting scared. Duljanim is not married. His parents were landless peasants and poor. His neighbor said Duljanim had never been taken to the hospital and had not taken any medicine.
